The government is offering a tax credit of up to $1,500 for purchasing high efficiency appliances such as air conditioners and heaters. No cash out of pocket is required. This offer expires in December 2010, but the government can quickly change its requirements and qualifications, so act now to ensure that you are eligible.

To be eligible for the full $1,500 tax credit, simply have Aire Serv replace your current heating and air conditioning system with a new, high-efficiency system that qualifies. By installing a qualifying geothermal heat pump, you can receive a credit of up to 30% of the installed cost of geothermal heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
